Ken & Mel will take us through the planning, designing and
construction stages of West Middle School. They will discuss some
unique problems encountered and the solutions to these problems.

8:30 - 9:15 Paul Snether, EMC Insurance
Mr. Snether will discuss the OSHA inspection program that EMC
will perform, FREE OF CHARGE, for your district and will also
discuss the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

9:30 - 10:15 Aren Kraft, Sioux City Environmental Services Department
will discuss the latest developments in recycling.
10:15 - 11:00 Kevin Drew, Heartland Paper Co. will discuss the
custodial staffing for the new West Middle School. This is a program
will be of great interest to anyone building or renovating a building,
or just interested in knowing how to figure out how to staff a
building.

Remember, the Association can only be as effective as you, the
members, make it! You can do your part by getting involved in
the operation of the association. During the April meeting in
Sioux City we will be electing new officers and board members
for the coming year. If you are interested in serving in any of
